
This service has the objective of monitoring the operational conditions of Electronic Support Machines, managing the logistical resources available for the execution of operational activities, in order to fulfill the required service level agreements with quality. Scopus currently monitors over 30 thousand electronic support machines nationwide. .
The monitoring process consists of the following activities:
Monitoring:
- Monitoring of occurrences in real time;
- Directing and establishing priorities of the logistical support structures;
- Monitoring of "critical" situation on the machine Network;
- Follow up of the solutions and interaction with the field attendants;
Control of the technical calls to the machine network:
- Control of technical calls and reoccurrences;
- Follow up and support in technological support processes;
- Technical support for suppliers and Manager;
- Monitoring of service level agreements and supplier performance.
Cash prevision:
- Cash monitoring – prevision, distribution, supply and use;
- Monitoring of cash flow;
- Distribution control of values for suppliers;
- Drafting of quantitative and qualitative performance statistical reports.
Conservation and cleaning of environments and machinery:
- Control of inspections conducted by suppliers;
- Monitoring and control of the maintenance and cleaning services of machines and environments.
Machine movement:
- Monitoring of the installation, uninstallation and relocation of machines.
Consumables used in the machines:
- Request and control of consumables used by the contracted companies for the replacement in machines.
Strategic Planning and management:
- Studies for quantitative adaptation and for operational support procedures due to seasonal and regional demands (coastal regions during the summer, Carnival, etc.);
- Monitoring and identification of opportunities / needs for improvements and the reduction of costs with systemic and procedural implementations;
- Monitoring of the machine network's organic growth and the consequential re-adaptation of operational structures, also with the indication of better practices for each scenario/segmentation;
- Customization of reports and systemic interfaces for the availability of managerial information that is critical for the Managers.
